Users can add, manage, compare, and access a detailed summary of an Asset's expense using this feature.
Expenses like fines, toll tax, fuel, maintenance, insurance, service charges, breakdown, and taxes can be easily and efficiently supervised.
An expense feature is a useful tool for financial budgeting.
Users can add two types of expense in the expense module one is fixed(Depreciation, financing, drivers, insurance, taxes, and rates) and the second is a variable cost( fuel, tires, maintenance, accidents, fines, toll, etc)
Corporate Use Case
Comparing different expenses helps the user in identifying problematic or resource-draining objects.
It draws the users’ attention to unwanted expenses and over-expenditure.
For instance, a company can track if an object is spending its resources on avoidable expenses like traffic fines. Hence, it helps companies find ways to cut costs.
It also allows companies to optimize their resources. For example, a company can send a vehicle that provides better mileage to a longer route; hence, save money on fuel consumption.
End-users receive detailed information about the vehicle's expense. Variables like fuel consumption, service charges, and maintenance charges are considered, so users can make wise financial decisions.
